Would be better if it had more examples for each type of cardio she talks about. (for indoor and outdoor)

is more of a pamphlet not a book. writing is very small. I feel this is more geared towards someone who already has knowledge of HIIT training. there are no examples of exercises either. The cover material is very nice though.

Seriously lacking in substance for the price. There's better out there.

I've been looking for a book on the science of exercise! This book dives into what is actually going on in our muscles during HIIT.
